The staff at the restaurant and bar were friendly.
The room lacked basic amenities like a telephone. There was not even a single chair or table in the room. For the duration of my 3-night stay, nobody bothered to change the beds or clean the room until I complained.

missing telephoneinadequate workspace
the room lacked essential amenities. there was no telephone for contacting reception. additionally i found no dedicated workspace like a table in the room. these omissions detracted from the overall comfort i expected.
